Paul Demetrius Kotzebue

Count Paul Demetrius von Kotzebue (Russian: Коцебу, Павел Евстафьевич, Pavel Yevstafyevich Kotsebu) (1801-1884) was a Baltic-German Russian officer, Governor-general of Warsaw (1874-1880), son of German dramatist August von Kotzebue.

The Kotzebue Noble Family^[1] originated in Kassebau (Saxon-Anhalt). Paul was the brother of Otto von Kotzebue.
